Ag374 nanoclusters: to realize the recognition of surface ligand morphology and structure and cluste
Recently, Yang Xueming, researcher of State Key Laboratory of molecular reaction dynamics, Dalian Institute of Chemical Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Ma Zhibo, associate researcher, Zheng Nanfeng, Professor of Xiamen University, and Hannu, Professor of Wexley University, Finland In cooperation with Hakkinen, the surface ligands of ag374 nanoclusters with known atomic structure were studied by low-temperature and ultra-high vacuum scanning tunneling microscopy (STM) to obtain ultra-high resolution at the sub molecular level. Combined with DFT theoretical calculation and template recognition algorithm, the morphology, structure and cluster orientation of surface ligands were recognized.
